The FFG Project involved a complete refit and upgrade of the Australian Navy's fleet of Frigates. The project involved a total refit and upgrade of 6 Navy Frigates over duration of 5 years. Ace Scaffolding Services were contracted to provide all the scaffolding required for the entire project. This lead to an onsite facility incorporating an office, yard, and up to 6 permanently based scaffolders for the project. The project was restructured towards the end of 2005 resulting in the contract being terminated. |
